akitsu - terms of service

before you commission

please make sure you are completely satisfied with your vocals before sending your files (a fixed fee of 5€ will be charged for any kind of retake. In case of multiple vocalists, this fee will be applied to each!)
the instrumental file and on vocal file must be provided but are not to be counted as a "track" in the form
it's required that your vocals must be sent before any payment is made so I can look over your files and decide whether I'll be able to make a satisfactory product
I have the right to decline
I am not responsible for any copyright strikes
don't send an incomplete form, it will be invalid until you resend a complete version
if you approve the final mix/master, I'll charge a fee of 15€ for any further revisions

file requirements

record in mono
please make sure overlapping lines are in separate files
make sure to leave 5 seconds of background noise in your vocal files
vocals must be in .wav file format
please make sure to properly sing the harmonies, they will be tuned according to what is heard and if you are not satisfied, an artificial harmony fee will be charged

deadlines

PLEASE GO BY CET/CEST TO BE EXACT!

please do set a deadline; commissions with deadlines will always have priority
if the deadline is less than the regular time, a rush fee will be added accordingly (see prices for more information)
I will not start on the mix before the payment has been made, meaning, in case of a delay, the price will rise if the deadline remains the same. Otherwise, the deadline itself must be delayed to match the price
I'm not responsible for delayed responses on your end
